Dr. Claudette C. Owens


Dr. Claudette C. Owens currently serves as a Business Strategist for SOL

Engineering Services, LLC- Huntsville. Dr Owens has a wealth of experience as an Organization Operations Director, Program Manager, High Performance

Computing Facility Manager, and Researcher with a background in

Cybersecurity, Communications, Networks, and Models and Simulations. She is a retired Civil Servant with over 33 years of service. Dr. Owens is also CEO of both Quantus Link, LLC and Fountain of Life Nonprofit.


Dr. Owens is an advocate for STEM and serves in several community roles to promote her passion for STEM. Dr. Owens ‘campaign to encourage young people to consider STEM-related careers is exemplified in her participation in numerous STEM related camps, workshops, and panels as well as her STEM related community committee positions. Her community support includes serving as Secretary of the Foundation Board of the Alabama School of Cyber

Technology and Engineering High School, Secretary of the Advisory Board of Directors of the Alabama A&M University Research, Innovation, Science and Engineering (RISE) Foundation, a Board Member of the Shiloh Decatur Pre-K School, Board Member of Ability Plus, Inc. as well as several other community board positions such as Secretary of the Board for the Morgan County United Way and member of the Board of Directors for the Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center (E-Center). She is also a very proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.


Dr. Owens is a three-time graduate of Alabama A&M University, a graduate the University of Alabama Huntsville, Whitesburg Heritage Bible College, and Andersonville Theological Center.


Dr. Owens is married to Reverend Dr. Edward L. Owens, Senior Pastor Shiloh M.B. Church. They are blessed to have two sons, Chip (Lillian) and Arri (Jessica), after losing their oldest son to COVID. They have three precious grandchildren – Josiah, David, and Zarya and three grand paws Beanz, Candy, and Luda. Dr. Owens enjoys teaching STEM to her grandchildren, reading, writing, music, cooking & baking, spending time in nature, sitting by bodies of water, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Owens believes we must love all people just as God does. Disagreement does not

have to mean disassociation and hate.
