Miranda Bouldin


Miranda Bouldin is President and Chief Executive Officer of LogiCore Corporation, a Huntsville, AL based company that provides Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to United States

Department of Defense agencies.


A native Alabamian and Alabama A&M University alumna, Ms. Bouldin founded LogiCore in 2002 and gained certification as a woman-owned small and disadvantaged business through the United States Small Business Administration in 2003. LogiCore's primary focus is Army Logistics, Software Engineering, and Cyber Security. LogiCore has been competitively awarded several multi-year contracts as both a prime contractor and a sub-contractor, in all four acquisition domains – Logistics, Technical, Business and Analytical, and Programmatic. LogiCore supported the Global War on Terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, LogiCore has provided or currently provides direct support to the Army Materiel Command, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Systems Simulation, Software and Integration (S3I), in Huntsville Alabama, and most recently, the National Security Agency in support of Cybersecurity Support Services.


Ms. Bouldin currently holds three Governor Appointed State of Alabama Board Positions. She is the current Chair of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education, Trustee for the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering, and a Board Member for the Alabama Workforce Council. She is member of the Huntsville Rotary Club, and longtime member of the Huntsville/

Madison County Chamber of Commerce. She has held board positions with the Greater Huntsville Rotary Club, the National Defense Industrial Association (Board Member), Diversity and Inclusion Board Member with American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), the International Society of Logistics Engineers, Women in Defense Organization, the Army

Aviation Association of America, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and other industry, professional and charitable organizations.


Ms. Bouldin has over 15 years as a seasoned Real Estate Developer, Manager, and an Investor in commercial and residential properties. In 2012, she established a 501-C3 Charitable organization, Inspire and Achieve in support of aspiring students pursuing higher education and other philanthropic endeavors.


Ms. Bouldin has won numerous awards, and credits success to faith, being resilient in overcoming challenges, and maintaining an innovative, professional, and team-oriented workforce.
